Avocado and Cucumber Smoothie

 1/2 long cucumber, diced
 1/2 large avocado, peeled and diced
 1/2 cup coconut yogurt
 1 tablespoon chia seeds
 1/2 apple
 5 ice cubes

Blend all the ingredients together. Blend until everything is incorporated. If too thick pour in a little water.
