Avocado Shake with Coconut Milk

 1 Ripe Avocado
 2 cups of Diluted Coconut Milk
 Water – As Required
 1/2 apple

1. Peel and cut avocado into two sections and remove the seed by pitting against each other.

2. Add little amount of water to the coconut milk before using it, if it is too thick.

3. Scoop out the green flesh of avocado and blend it with the apple and coconut milk in a mixer jar to a smooth mixture.

4. Pour the avocado coconut milkshake in a tall glass, refrigerate for 5 minutes and serve chilled immediately.
