Breakfast Blueberry Smoothie

 1 banana
 ½ cup shredded coconut
 2 cups of frozen berries
 1 cup full fat coconut milk
 Handful of Spinach leaves

1. Fill a blender with the frozen berries, pulsing the mixture quickly and adding a touch of warm water to break them up.

2. Add the coconut milk, shredded coconut, banana and spinach.

3. Continue to blend until its smooth and then divide into two glasses.
