Broccoli Slaw Salad

Yields1 Serving

 SALAD
 1lb shredded broccoli stalks
 1 small thinly sliced red pepper
 2 chopped green onions
 4 tbs chopped roasted cashews
 1/2 a cup of chopped cilantro
 
 DRESSING
 2 tbs roasted sesame oil
 2 tbs Chinese black vinegar or balsamic vinegar
 1 tsp of sugar free chilli-garlic sauce

1. To make the dressing, whisk all of the ingredients together into a small bowl. Season with the salt and pepper if required.

2. To make the salad, toss all of the ingredients together and into a large bowl with the dressing. Enjoy!
