Chocolate Fat Bombs

Low in sugar, fat bombs are great to eat any time of the day, on their own or as part of a healthy snack. Made with nut butter, coconut oil and cacao powder, these only take 5 minutes to prepare.

Chocolate Fat Bombs

 0.50 cup nut butter of choice, or coconut butter
 0.25 cup cocoa or cacao powder
 0.25 cup melted coconut oil Stevia to taste, or 1 tbsp liquid sweetener of choice
 0.13 tsp sea salt (optional)

Stir all ingredients together until smooth.

If too dry (depending on nut butter used), add additional coconut oil if needed.

Pour into a small container, ice cube trays, or candy moulds.

Freeze to set. Because coconut oil softens when warm, it’s best to store these in the freezer.
