This recipe makes about 16-18 truffles.
1. Place the cashews and the almonds into a food processor
2. Add the rest of the ingredients and process until smooth
3. Place the mixture into the refrigerator for 2-3 hours
4. Take out of the refrigerator and roll into 1/2 inch balls
5. Roll them into cacao powder and place them back into the refrigerator, before serving
