These Chocolate Strawberry Hearts are keto-friendly and make a great Valentine's gift for a loved one.
Rinse and pat dry strawberries. Cut the green tops off.
Chop all chocolate and place into a microwave-safe bowl and heat for 1 minute. Stir until chocolate is melted and thoroughly combined.
Pour half the chocolate into your mold.
Place strawberries in the chocolate inside the mold and fill/cover with the rest of chocolate so no strawberries are showing. (Try a few point side up and point side down)
Refrigerate for 2 hours or until chocolate is completely set.
