Cleansing Green Smoothie

Yields1 Serving

 1 cup of spinach or kale leaves
 1 cup of torn romaine leaves
 1/2 cup of chopped cucumber
 1 small pear
 1/2 cup of chopped celery
 1 cup of water or coconut water
 1/2 apple
 1 tbsp of fresh mint
 1 tbsp of fresh parsley
 1/2 to 1 whole lemon, juiced
 1/4 inch slice of ginger root, peeled
 1/2 tablespoon of chia seeds
 Pinch of cayenne, optional
 Pinch of cinnamon, optional
 Pinch of turmeric, optional

1. Place all of the ingredients into a blender and then blend until the mixture is completely smooth.
