Green Smoothie

 1 pear
 1 apple
 1/2 tsp freshly grated ginger
 6 large kale leaves/4 handfuls of spinach
 Juice of 1 small lemon
 2 tbs coconut oil
 1 cup water

1. Quarter the pear and apple, removing the seeds and stems before putting into a blender.

2. Add the rest of the ingredients into the blender and pulse. Add more water if necessary.
