Kale Chips

These are easy to prepare, taste delicious and are a much healthier alternative to fries or chips!

 1 handful of kale
 1 teaspoon olive oil
 1/4 teaspoon sea salt (optional)

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F / 175C

2. Wash the kale and remove any tough stems

3. Cut the kale into 2"-3" sections and place on a baking sheet.

4. Drizzle with olive oil and then sprinkle with sea salt, if desired. Toss kale to fully coat with oil.

5. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until crispy. Be sure to serve hot.
