These Keto Crab Cakes are gluten-free and make a delicious appetizer, main dish or even served as a burger.
1. In a medium bowl mix together the crab cake ingredients, form into 6 patties.
2. Place all of the sauce ingredients in a small jar with a lid, shake to combine.
3. In a cast-iron skillet heat the butter over a medium heat. Fry each crab cake for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown. Serve with tartar sauce, greens, and a wedge of lemon.

8 oz. lump crab meat
1/4 onion, diced
1/4 cup red diced pepper
1/4 cup almond flour
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp old bay seasoning
1/4 tsp pepper
2 tbsp unsalted butter for frying
greens, for serving
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tbsp chopped dill pickle
1/2 tbsp minced onion
1 tsp natural sweetener such as Erythritol
1/2 tsp yellow mustard
1/2 tsp paprika
