Mango Salsa

This mango salsa is a healthy alternative to the shop bought versions and is an excellent accompaniment to fish or vegetable dishes.

 2 peeled and pitted and diced mangos
 1 large yellow bell pepper, finely chopped
 1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
 2 tbs lime juice
 1 finely chopped red jalapeno chilli
 1/2 tsp smoked paprika

1. Toss and combine the mangos, chopped yellow bell pepper, chopped red onion, cilantro, red jalapeno chilli, lime juice and smoked paprika together in a bowl. Season with salt and extra paprika if more is desired.
