Oats, Berry and Banana Smoothie

 1/2 cup of Raw Sprouted Oats
 1/2 cup of Coconut Milk Yogurt or thick coconut milk
 1/2 cup of Cut Banana
 2 tbsps of Flax seeds
 1/2 cup frozen blueberries (or other berries)
 A few Ice Cubes

1. Put together the oats, banana, coconut milk yogurt, flax seeds, blueberries and ice cubes, blending to a smooth and frothy mixture.
