Raw Banana Protein Nut Bars

 1/2 cup mashed banana
 2 scoops raw vanilla vegan protein powder
 1/4 cup raw sliced almonds (or nut of choice)
 2 tablespoons raw coconut flour
 1 tablespoon water
 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
 1 teaspoon coconut blossom nectar or raw honey

Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix until smooth. Roll out on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Cut into 4 pieces. Keep refrigerated.
