Roasted Asparagus

 1 bunch of asparagus
 2 tbsps olive oil
 1/4 - 1/2 tsp celtic sea salt

1. Trim the dried parts from the bottom of the asparagus stalks, removing about 1/2 an inch.

2. Line the asparagus spears in a single layer side-to-side in an appropriately sized baking dish.

3. Drizzle the asparagus with olive oil and a sprinkle of celtic sea salt.

4. Shake the pan a few times, rolling the asparagus around.

5. Roast in the oven at 350f/175c degrees for 10 minutes, before removing it from the oven when the tips become brown.

6. Cool for a few minutes and then serve.
