This recipe couldn't be simpler. Perfect for an on-the-go snack, feeding the kids or as an Autumn cake topper!
Preheat the oven to 200 F / 120 C then line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Line the tray with the apple slices (they can touch but not overlap,) and bake for 2 hours, rotating the pan halfway through.
The aim is to get the apple chips to crisps up after sitting out and cooling for 2-3 minutes. Keep the tray in the oven while testing how done the apple chips are.
If you're baking more than one pan at a time, plan on adding an extra 20-30 minutes of baking time.
Allow to cool before eating.
