Sweet Potato Fries

 5 sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced into long, thin slices
 Olive oil, for tossing
 1/2 teaspoon paprika
 1/4 cup of garlic powder
 Salt and Pepper to taste

1. Preheat the oven to 450F/230C and then line a sheet tray with some parchment paper.


2. Into a large bowl toss the sweet potatoes into olive oil, coating thoroughly. Season and add some paprika. Ensure the sweet potatoes are placed onto a single layer and not overcrowded.


3. Bake the sweet potatoes until they are golden brown in colour. Leave the fries to cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
