Vegan Chocolate Mousse

Yields1 Serving

 400ml of coconut cream
 1/2 cup of raw cacao powder
 1/4 cup raw honey
 1/4 cup of chia seeds
 Cacao nibs (optional)

1. Place all of the ingredients into a large mixing bowl and whisk everything together until smooth.


2. Pour the mixture into 4-6 serving glasses and sprinkle with some cacao nibs as necessary.


3. Place in the refrigerator for about 3 hours until chilled and firm.
