Chia Seeds Fruit Medley

 10 Strawberries
 1 Pear
 1 Orange
 1 Avocado
 1 Mango
 1/4 cup of Coconut Milk Yogurt
 1/4 cup of Chia seeds
 2 tbsps of Vanilla extract
 1 tbsp of Lemon juice

1. Clean and cut fruits after peeling them and removing seeds if any. Keep aside.

2. Whisk the coconut yogurt, lemon juice, vanilla extract and chia seeds in a bowl.

3. Pour the dressing over the cut fruits. Mix gently and serve chilled.
