½ cup frozen pineapple chunks (75g)
 1 banana (about 120g)
½ cup Greek or Soya yoghurt (120ml) (plain or vanilla)
1 cup coconut water (240ml) (or regular water)
 1 tbsp chia seeds (15g)
1 tbsp honey or agave syrup (5ml) (optional)
Ice cubes (optional, for extra chill)
1

Gather all your ingredients and make sure the fruit is frozen for a thicker, more refreshing smoothie.

2

Start by adding the fresh spinach and coconut water (or water) to your blender. Blend until the spinach is fully incorporated, and you have a green liquid.

3

Add the frozen mango, frozen pineapple, banana, and Greek or Soya yoghurt to the blender. Blend until smooth.

4

Add the chia seeds and honey or agave syrup if you're using it. Blend again to combine everything thoroughly.

If the smoothie is too thick, add a bit more coconut water (or water) and blend again. If you want it colder, add a few ice cubes and blend.

6

Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy immediately for the best flavour and texture.
