Home-made Muesli

Combining your favourite ingredients in a fibre-rich muesli means you can avoid unnecessary ingredients like wheat, sugar and salt without compromising taste.

Yields1 Serving
 Buckwheat flakes or sprouted raw oats
 Mixed dried fruit such as sultanas, raisins, apricots, blueberries, etc
 Flaked almonds
 Any chopped nuts (not peanuts)
 Dried Goji Berries
 Mixed seeds such as pumpkin, sunflower, linseed, sesame, etc.
 Chopped fresh fruit, (e.g. apple, blueberries, pear, nectarine, etc.)
 Pure Almond Milk or Coconut Milk to moisten

1. Simply combine your favourite ingredients from the list above into a delicious, flavour-some breakfast.

2. Use the almond/coconut milk to moisten the muesli instead of cow’s milk.
