Really Healthy Oats Bircher

Yields1 Serving
 1 cup Really Healthy Oats
 2 cups of unsweetened coconut milk (or other non dairy milk of your choice)
 ¼ cup sultanas
 1 tbsp chia seeds
 ½ cup flaked almonds
 1/2 tsp cinnamon
 1 grated apple

Take a jar/container with a lid and add all the ingredients

Mix well using a fork

Close the jar and shake well to mix further

Put the jar in to the fridge overnight for 6 hours +

Remove from the fridge and serve in bowls, top with a little extra coconut milk if desired, and some toasted nuts and fruit of your choice
