Super Berry Smoothie

This smoothie is great for those early mornings on the move! Prepare the night before and pop in the fridge for a filling energy boost.
Get experimenting with different fruits to create new flavours!

Yields1 Serving
 1 Cup Frozen Raspberries
 ¾ Cup Chilled Unsweetened Almond or Rice Milk
 ¼ Cup Frozen Cherries or Raspberries
 1½ Tbsp. Honey
 2 Tsp. Finely Grated Fresh Ginger
 1 Tsp. Ground Flaxseed
 2 Tsp. Fresh Lemon Juice

Combine all ingredients in blender and add lemon juice to taste.

Blend until smooth.

Pour into 2 chilled glasses
