Chocolate Brownie Bites

Yields1 Serving
 1 cup of raw almonds
 3 1/2 tbsps of cocoa powder
 1 1/2 cups of Medjool dates (about 10-11 dates)
 4 tbsps of shredded unsweetened coconut
 1 tsp of pure vanilla extract
 1/8 tsp of sea salt
 Water

1. Combine all of the above ingredients, except for the water, into a food processor bowl.

2. Process the mixture until it becomes gravelly in texture. When the processor is running, add a little water around 1/2 tsp at a time.

3. Stop the processor, checking the mixture to ensure that it sticks together and is the right consistency. If it feels crumbly, then add more water but make sure the brownie bites aren’t too sticky.

4. Once the correct consistency has been reached, roll into tablespoon sized balls and then store within an airtight container for up to a week or longer.
