A delicious Feta and Olive Salad made with Greek Feta, Santini™ tomatoes, Kalamata olives, Cucumber, Red Onion and Citrus Dressing that makes for a tasty low-carb lunch or side salad.  45 g Greek Feta
 510 Santini Tomatoes
 8 Kalamata Olives
 ¼ Cucumber
 ¼ Red Onion
 13 tbsp Lemon Dressing
Citrus Dressing:
 Zest and Juice of 1 Lemon or Lime
 Zest and Juice of 1 Orange
 1 tbsp White Wine Vinegar
 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Optional
 5 sprays of Vitamin D3 and K2 Sublingual Spray from Good Health Naturally

Chop the tomatoes, olives, cucumber and slice the red onion. Add into a large bowl.

Dice the greek feta into small cubes. Add into the bowl.

Prepare the citrus dressing ingredients and mix well.

Add the citrus dressing to the salad. Mix well.
