1 head of cauliflower cut into florets
2 tbsps extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp chilli lakes
1 pinch salt

1. Preheat the oven to 400f/200c. Add in the chopped up cauliflower, olive oil, salt and the chilli flakes into a mixing bowl. Stir well and combine all of the ingredients.

2. Arrange into a single layer in a baking dish or onto a heavy baking sheet.

3. Roast until the cauliflower becomes softened and golden brown, which can take around 25-30 minutes. Serve and enjoy hot.
