Avocados are a powerhouse of nutrients including vitamin C, E, K, B6 and B12. Directions 1. Mash the avocado into a medium sized bowl. 2. Shred the cooked chicken breast 3. Add the remaining ingredients and stir until mixed. 4. Spread 2-3 tablespoons of this mixture onto the romaine lettuce leaves and wrap. I could only manage 2 of them, the wife had the same…. Don’t mean to be picky but avocados don’t contain B12 (!)..perhaps it is a typo..does not detract from the recipe though! By the way, you can add any fresh herbs you fancy, not just coriander (cilantro). We had some nice English parsley!
