Banana Avocado Mousse

This really healthy food is a quick, easy, raw, vegan, and delicious dessert for the healthiest of eaters.

Yields1 Serving
 1 Banana, sliced
 1 Avocado, peeled
 1/2 Lemon, juiced
 1/2 Lime, juiced
 1 Tbsp. Coconut Milk
 Optional Garnish: Toasted Flaked Almonds, Toasted Flaked Coconut, or Grated Dark Chocolate

1. In a large bowl add banana and avocado.

2. Add the lime and lemon plus coconut milk.

3. Blend with hand blender until desired consistency is reached.

4. Garnish with toasted flaked almonds, toasted coconut flakes, or dark chocolate grated on the top.
