Blueberry Bars

Bottom Layer
 1 tablespoon of raw honey, 3/4 cup of almond flour, 2 tablespoons of water, 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
Blueberry Layer
 1 cup of pureed organic blueberries, 1/4 cup of raw honey, 1 1/2 cups of almond flour, 3 tablespoons of coconut oil

1. For the bottom layer, melt the coconut oil and add the other ingredients, mixing well.

2. Press the mixture into a thin layer within a 8 x 8 pan and then place in the refrigerator.

3. For the blueberry layer, puree the blueberries using a food processor and then melt the coconut oil, combine this and the rest of the ingredients.

4. Press the blueberry layer onto the bottom layer and refrigerate till cool. Garnish with dark chocolate shavings and cocoa powder. Enjoy or freeze for later.
