Breakfast Smoothie

Add all ingredients to a food processor and pulse until a smooth liquid.


1⁄2 cup coconut milk or almond milk 1⁄2 cup water

1 tbsp flax meal with berries

1 tbsp hemp powder

1⁄2 avocado

1 banana

Handful of frozen berries (this can be tweaked to be any ingredients you want)
