
2 tbsps of chopped red onion
2 large garlic cloves
1 1/2 cups of cooked chickpeas
3 1/2 tbsps of almond flour (for thicken the mixture for shaping)
1/4 tsp coriander
1/4 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp sea salt
2 tbsps extra virgin olive oil

1. Preheat the oven to 400F/200C. Line the baking sheet with parchment.

2. Into a food processor combine the chickpeas, garlic, onions, almond flour, spices, oil and salt and pulse blend until the mixture becomes smooth and well combined.

3. Form the mixture into 8 small balls or patties depending on your preference. Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes until they are crispy and golden.
