Fruit Chaat

Yields1 Serving
 1 Apple
 1 Pear
 1 Guava
 2 Oranges
 A bunch of Seedless Green Grapes
 1/4 cup of Pomegranate seeds
 A few Cherries
 1 tsp of Lemon Juice
 Rock salt, to taste
 A pinch of Fruit Chaat Masala

1. Peel and cut all of the fruits, cutting the pear and the apple at the end to avoid browning.

2. Peel the orange segments, deseed and add skinless portions of oranges to it

3. Remove the pomegranate seeds and add them into the above mixture. Add a few cherries.

4. Pour the lemon juice immediately onto the fruits so that they retain their natural color.

5. Mix well and then place in the refrigerator for a few minutes.

6. Add a pinch of crushed rock salt and a little bit of Fruit Chaat Masala, while serving the fruit chaat.

Tip: Add salt and chaat masala just before serving to avoid sogginess.
