1 frozen banana
120 ml plant-based milk (e.g. oat, almond, soy)
1 tbsp nut butter (optional)
Toppings (choose any):

Sliced banana
A handful of nuts or seeds (e.g. almonds, pumpkin seeds)
Unsweetened shredded coconut
A sprinkle of cinnamon or cacao nibs
