No Grain Naan Bread

Yields1 Serving
 ½ cup Almond Flour
 ½ cup Tapioca Flour
 1 cup Organic Coconut Milk, full fat
 Sea Salt
 Grassfed Organic Ghee (for spreading on to the Naan)

Mix all the ingredients together.

Heat a 24cm frying pan over medium heat and pour ¼ cup of the batter onto your pan to make 6 small naans.

Once the batter fluffs up and looks firm/mostly cooked, flip it over to cook the other side (be patient, this takes a little time!).
