Throw all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.

Transfer contents to a pan and warm up on a low-medium heat until warm throughout.

2 Cups Spinach Leaves

1 Avocado

1/2 Cup Cucumber

1 Green Onion

1/2 Cup Red Bell Pepper

1/4 Cup Gluten-Free Vegetable Broth

1 Clove Garlic

1 Tablespoon Braggs Soy Seasoning

1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice

Pinch Chili Powder (Optional)

Freshly Ground Pepper, To Taste

Great soup! I used kale instead of spinach, it was really nice and tasty and so easy to make: everything in the blender and voila. Thanks for the recipe.
