Add the vegetables and garlic along with some olive oil into a pan, saute gently until lightly softened. Add the chopped tomatoes and simmer the sauce for 10 mins. Then mix the tuna into the sauce. Gently mix the cooked pasta and sauce together. Place the mixture into an ovenproof dish. Add the goat's cheese and fresh basil on top. Cook in the oven for 15 minutes until warmed through. Remove and serve.
