Delicious Mocha Protein Bars make for a healthy snack. These delicious bars are made with peanut butter, maple syrup, cacao powder, oat flour, That Protein in Choca Mocha, along with the dairy-free milk of your choice.

For The Bars:
 ¾ cup Oat Flour
 ¼ cup Coconut Flour
 3 tbsp Cacao Powder
 3 tbsp That Protein Choca Mocha
 A Pinch of Sea Salt
 ½ cup Peanut Butter
 ¼ cup Maple Syrup
 ¼ cup Oat Milk (or dairy-free milk of choice)
For The Fudge Frosting:
 3 tbsp Protein Powder
 1 tbsp Peanut Butter
 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
 Oat Milk, to form batter
For making the bars base:

Mix together all the dry ingredients for the bars

Microwave together the peanut butter and maple syrup

Add the peanut butter/maple mix to the dry ingredients and add your milk

Line a bread tin with baking paper, add your mix and press

Refrigerate for 10-15 min

For Making The Frosting:

Microwave together your peanut butter and maple syrup, add your protein powder and gradually add your milk until desired consistency (it will take around 2 ounces)

Spread the frosting over the bars and refrigerate for extra 15 min

Cut your bars and store them in the fridge
