Avocado and Cucumber Smoothie

Blend all the ingredients together. Blend until everything is incorporated. If too thick pour in a little water.

Let the smoothie sit for a few moments, you’ll find that the chia seeds will thicken up the smoothie. Enjoy!


1/2 long cucumber, diced

1/2 large avocado, peeled and diced

1/2 cup coconut yogurt

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1/2 apple

5 ice cubes
