Banana Chia Pudding

1. Blend the coconut milk in a blender/food processor with the rest of the ingredients until it forms a smooth mixture.

2. Place the pudding in the fridge and allow it to swell.

3. Decorate with banana slices and cacao nibs.

4. Serve and enjoy!.


1 cup of coconut milk

1 banana

1 tbsp coconut oil

4 tbsps chia seeds

1 tbsp raw honey

1/4 tsp Mesquite powder or Maca

1/4 tsp Vanilla
