Beetroot Salad

Here is a quick recipe for a raw nutritious and delicious salad made with raw fruits and vegetables, sunflower seeds, and a homemade salad dressing.

 Carrot
 Apple
 Raw Honey
 Garlic Oil
 Balsamic Vinegar

1. Use a hand grater to grate beet root, carrot, apple. Make sure the vegetables are cleaned and peeled. Keep the peel on the apple for added nutrients.

2. A nice flavor to add to the raw grated mixture is a homemade dressing of honey, garlic oil, and balsamic vinegar.

3. Add a small amount of sunflower seeds to complement the homemade salad dressing. Mix it together with a small amount of sea salt.
