2 english cucumbers, peeled and cut lengthwise and sliced into half moons
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
2 tbsps fresh dill, chopped

1. Into a large bowl whisk the white wine vinegar and sea salt. Add in the red onions, cucumbers and the fresh dill.
