8 celery stalks
4lbs zucchini/courgette
2 bunches of spinach
1lb green beans
1 yellow onion
5 garlic cloves
1 bunch of parsley
1 bunch of basil

1. Steam the celery, green beans and the zucchini until they’re soft which can take around 15 minutes.

2. Add in the onion, garlic and the spinach, cooking for 5 minutes.

3. Add parsley into the mixture and puree this until smooth, adding in any water needed, before seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
