Israeli Salad

 2 tomatoes, seeded and diced
 1 seedless and diced cucumber
 2 Salad onions
 1 Red Onion
 2 tbsps flat leaf parsley (chopped)
 2 tbsps lemon juice
 2 tbsps olive oil
 1/4 tsp sea salt

1. Use a medium mixing bowl to combine all of the ingredients. Toss to combine and add seasoning as desired.

2. Allow the salad mixture to sit at room temperature for 30 minutes to 1 hour, being sure to stir occasionally.
