This is really delicious. I get very bored of salads and bland vegetables with no sauces since I have had to stop all animal protein for an anti-cancer protocol. And I can’t have a lot of vegan recipes because they are too high in carbs, which is very unwise as they convert to sugar and feed cancer. So it’s quite hard to ring the changes. but this is really flavourful, and I just reduced the amount of honey because of the sugars. A nice way to use spiralized courgette too.
