Slow Cooker Chilli

1. Add all of the ingredients into a slow cooker or a heavy pot on the stove. Cover and set it to a low heat and allow to cook for 4-6 hours.

2. Serve on top of cauliflower rice or quinoa.


1 yellow onion (diced)

1 green bell pepper

1 jalapeno pepper

1 tsp ground cumin

28 ozs of diced tomatoes

14 ozs pinto beans

14 ozs kidney beans

1/2 tsp sea salt

1 tbsp chilli powder

1 tsp cayenne pepper
