Smoked Salmon with Fennel and Dill

 4oz smoked salmon
 2 tbs coconut oil
 2 small diced fennel bulbs
 2 sprigs fresh dill
 Freshly ground black pepper

1. Heat a medium sauté pan over a medium-high heat. Add coconut oil when the pan is hot.

2. Add fennel and sauté for around 10 minutes until it’s slightly tender.

3. Add the smoked salmon and heat it through.

4. Season with black pepper and fresh dill to serve.
