4oz smoked salmon
2 tbs coconut oil
2 small diced fennel bulbs
2 sprigs fresh dill

1. Heat a medium sauté pan over a medium-high heat. Add coconut oil when the pan is hot.

2. Add fennel and sauté for around 10 minutes until it’s slightly tender.
