Vitamin Vegetable Shake

1. Blend all the vegetables together and make a puree.

2. Adjust the consistency using water and blend again.

3. Strain it using a filter and pour the juice into a serving glass.

4. Add lime juice and raw honey to it. Mix well.

5. Garnish your healthy vegetable juice with few mint leaves, put it in the refrigerator for 5 minutes and serve cold.

Tip: Carrots if grated before blending improve the juice flavor.


Cut Carrots – 1/2 cup

Cut Beetroot – ½ cup

Cut Bottle Gourd – 1/2 cup

1/2 cup of Cut Tomatoes – ½ cup

1/2 cup of Cut Ridge gourd (Optional)

A few Coriander leaves

A few Mint leaves

1 tsp of Lime Juice

1 tsp of Raw Honey
