1/2 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp of soy sauce

1. Stir together the ginger, garlic and the soy sauce. Set this aside for 5 minutes to enable the flavours to blend.

2. Half the avocado and discard the pit. Divide the sauce between the two avocado halves. Enjoy with a spoon!
