Really Healthy Pasta Tuna Bake

Yields1 Serving
 1 packet of Really Healthy Pasta Red Lentil Penne
 1 can of Tuna
 1 jar of Chopped Tomatoes
 1 Carrot
 1 Courgette
 1 Red Pepper
 2-3 Broccoli stalks
 A few Garlic Cloves
 1/2 tsp Dried Chilli Flakes
 2-3 slices of Goat's Cheese
 Few leaves of Fresh Basil

Cook the pasta as per box instructions.

Add the vegetables and garlic along with some olive oil into a pan, saute gently until lightly softened. Add the chopped tomatoes and simmer the sauce for 10 mins. Then mix the tuna into the sauce.

Gently mix the cooked pasta and sauce together.

Place the mixture into an ovenproof dish.

Add the goat's cheese and fresh basil on top.

Cook in the oven for 15 minutes until warmed through. Remove and serve.
