Quinoa & Veggies

Perfect and extremely healthy alternative to pasta, rice, or any other carbohydrate you like to eat. While you cook and eat quinoa (Keen-Wah) as a grain, it is actually a seed full of supernutrients.

In order to cook Quinoa you want to use half the amount of quinoa to twice the amount of water. For example, to cook 1 cup of quinoa you will need to use two cups of water. Quinoa really is the most versatile food. You can serve it warm as a main dish or eat it chilled with a salad. This particular recipe keeps wonderfully to have for lunch the next day.
